If you do not get a spot, you can come to the toy shop at 12:45pm on December 5th to see if we have any toys left. Doors will close at 1pm. 2. A survey will be given to you the day of and must be completed to enter. the toy shop. 3. A birth certificate from anywhere is REQUIRED along with a parent's photo ID. **a copy of the birth certificate is fine. **if you do not have a birth certificate for your child, you may bring a letter on letterhead from a school, a doctor's office or social service agency that shows your name, the child's name and their date of birth. **if you receive government benefits & can login into your account at the event and have your name, the names of your children and their dates of birth in that system, this will work. Birth certificates are ideal and easier. 4. You may only shop for your children at this event or children you have legal custody of.
