Trinity Brewing Co. will pour its last beer on Dec.
21 at its Garden of the Gods Road location—after that, the brewery will transition into the first expansion of 105 West Brewing, which will add a food menu with wood-fired pizzas and smoked wings while keeping many of its traditions.
