- ➤ The City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. on Thursday at 959 Glen Avenue in Monument Valley Park to celebrate the completion of the Duck Lake restoration project.
