- ➤ Colorado voters will decide on Propositions LL and MM on Nov. 4 by 7 p.m. to fund the free school meals program by taxing households earning $300,000 or more an extra $480 a year — a change that will keep free meals for 600,000 public school students and support cafeteria worker raises and local produce purchases; if both measures pass, the program continues, but if they fail, many students may lose free meals in January.
