COMMUNITY NEWS

EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ At an AP exam scoring event in Cleveland, Colorado educators debated whether AI should replace traditional methods in classrooms — some argued that relying on digital tools could undermine basic writing skills while others have already begun integrating it into teaching, and a retired professor predicted that AI might fully take over scoring in four or five years. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Palmer Lake voters passed an ordinance Tuesday that now requires public votes for annexations, and Colorado Springs city council is discussing whether a similar rule should apply here.
