- ➤ A Fort Carson soldier was charged after police reported he kidnapped a woman and sexually assaulted her in Quail Lake Park early last week — he was arrested Wednesday and now faces charges of First Degree Kidnapping, Sexual Assault and Felony Menacing. 11 News

- ➤ Starz Theater Company is putting on Fiddler on the Roof with 80 kids and teens from Turning Pointe School of Dance and the community at Ent Center for the Arts. - ➤ Manitou Springs City Council approved a revised grant for a new mural on the east side of the Rockey Art Museum by artist Natalia Pulido, who will complete the work by the end of 2025—council members also adopted an emergency ordinance for accessory dwelling units to comply with state law with further recommendations coming later.
