- ➤ Two teenagers, a 15-year-old and an 18-year-old, were arrested Tuesday in southeast Colorado Springs after police found them driving a stolen Honda Civic with drugs and a gun near Airport Road and South Academy Boulevard — detectives used a grappling device to safely stop the fleeing vehicle. - ➤ Late Sunday night, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office arrested four people during a tactical recovery of a stolen 2005 Dodge Dakota near Fountain on Highway 85/87—authorities charged the driver with motor vehicle theft and controlled substance possession, arrested two passengers on active warrants, cited one for possession, and seized drug paraphernalia and narcotics. 11 News
