- ➤ Colorado Springs Police investigated a suspected homemade firecracker brought to the Falcon Division at 11:24 a.m. Sunday that forced a temporary closure of the parking lot and lobby until they reopened at 12:49 p.m. as the investigation into its origin continues. 11 News
- ➤ A man in custody on suspicion of menacing, Cameron Lee Brown aged 28, assaulted a Colorado Springs police officer while being transferred at a police station on Saturday at about 2:45 p.m.—he is held on a $25,000 bond at the El Paso County Jail and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing today. - ➤ Cameron Brown was arrested after officers responded to a felony menacing call at 2:44 p.m. at a business complex on Southgate Road and he allegedly assaulted an officer while being moved to a holding area. 11 News
