GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Today, Governor Jared Polis and the state legislature are trying to enforce seven new laws that would take over local zoning and land-use decisions—six cities, including Arvada, Aurora, Glendale, Greenwood Village, Lafayette and Westminster, have filed lawsuits arguing the measures violate the state constitution’s protection of home rule.
