Colorado leaders expressed concern after a DEA raid early Sunday morning on an illegal nightclub in Colorado Springs resulted in the detention of more than 100 individuals — including service members working security — while officials investigated the incident.

The Colorado Secretary of State’s Office dismissed a complaint that charged petitioners with misreporting contributions for the Karman Line annexation ballot petition because it ruled that Colorado Springs regulates its own municipal elections (the complaint fell outside state jurisdiction).
