  • Colorado Springs homeowners led by longtime residents Richard White + Nancy Clewell are petitioning to end NGBA’s annual fees that fund Voyager Parkway maintenance for 16 neighborhoods.   • Local meteorologist Matt Meister launched his private weather firm, Peaks 2 Plains (website, app, social media and a 24-hour TV channel), on Wednesday, Feb. 25 to offer detailed forecasts without the time limits of traditional TV newscasts.   • Army combat veterans are remodeling a 19,000 sqft 1904 church in Old Colorado City at 2927 W.
