- ➤ A man, 48-year-old Adam Gilmour, was arrested Thursday near Garden of the Gods for starting a 20-acre fire—police said evidence from a 9-1-1 call and a makeshift campsite linked him to the blaze and he now faces fourth-degree arson charges along with other warrants. 11 News
- ➤ Police report that a motorcycle rider died Wednesday night on Colorado Springs' east side after a vehicle struck him at the intersection of North Academy Boulevard and Rebecca Lane — the driver, 22-year-old David Medina, fled on foot before being arrested on vehicular homicide, DUI, and hit-and-run charges and is held on a $25,000 bond.
