- ➤ On Friday morning, the Colorado Springs Fire Department handled a hazmat incident near the intersection of Airport Road and South Powers Boulevard when a 100-pound propane bottle leaked at 6:30 a.m., and firefighters safely controlled the hazard by flaring the fuel with no injuries reported.
