- ➤ The Solid Rock CDC Aquapod Farm opened Saturday at 1520 Verde Drive to provide fresh produce in a local food desert. Using tilapia fish in its aquaponics system, it will distribute up to 500 heads of lettuce weekly to food centers and restaurants. 11 News

- ➤ The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy Preservation Society is set to host an All Peoples Prayer Breakfast at the Antlers Hotel followed by a Unity March to Acacia Park; Yolanda Renee King (King’s grandchild) will speak as part of ‘Mission Possible II’ highlighting Dr. King’s legacy and historical anniversaries. 11 News

- ➤ Commissary shoppers at Fort Carson and Peterson now can order grocery deliveries from onsite shops via a new Defense Commissary Agency service.
