About this event

Salsa4Seniors is a beginner salsa class designed specifically for adults 55+.

We slow things down and focus on the fundamentals—rhythm, basic salsa steps, movement, coordination, and musicality—in a comfortable and supportive environment.

No dance experience is necessary, and you don't need a partner. The goal isn't to keep up. It's to keep moving, learn something new, meet some people, and have a good time doing it.
