Communal Quartz Sound Bath

About this event

Lead by a member of our clergy, Oracle Richard, sit with your friends and PACK Members as you close your eyes, find a state of meditation or reflection, and allow yourself to be carried by the hum and resonance of a beautiful quartz sound bath! If you feel inclined, you are more than welcome to bring:

• A blanket and/or pillow

• Water bottle

• Yoga mat

• Eye mask

• Ear plugs (for those sensitive to sound)

• Anything that helps you feel grounded.

After the bath, which lasts 45-60 minutes, we will allow a few quiet minutes afterward to slowly re-ground as we transitioning back.

All ages are welcome, 12+ recommended.
