In a style of cuisine that spans the borders of at least 15 European and North African countries, Chef Christine will show you how to use simple ingredients and treat them just the right way to make dynamic flavors with approachable recipes.
We will taste our way through class as well as take most of the food home, so that you can share your Mediterranean feast!
