Fall flavors, fall festivals, fall feasts… yes, yes, and yes. I am of the opinion that fall flavors shouldn’t just be relegated to fall. I would eat pumpkin roll while drinking pumpkin spice lattes all year long. In this class, we will explore not only the flavors of the season, recipes from different parts of the world, but also techniques in custards, doughs, and even a candy.

Cozy up with French Kitchen and spend a chilly fall afternoon with Chef Nate baking, making the teaching kitchen smell amazing, and then take home a boatload of wonderful goodies, as always. Happy baking!
