Grief changes us, and navigating life after loss can feel overwhelming and lonely. You don’t have to walk this path alone.
Light After Loss is a gentle, supportive grief group created to offer a safe space to share, breathe, listen, and heal—at your own pace. It is for anyone navigating loss in all its forms — death, divorce, identity shifts, health changes, or the quieter grief that comes with life transitions. Whether your loss is recent or years behind you, you are welcome exactly as you are.
When: 2nd Tuesday of every month
Time: 6:00–7:30 PM

This is a compassionate, judgment-free space for connection, support, and hope after loss. You are seen. You are supported. And there is light, even in the darkest seasons.
