To notice what has come to light, honor what has grown, and create space to release what we no longer need to carry forward. Illuminated is an intimate two-hour gathering with Melanie centered around ceremonial cacao, reflection, release, rest + sound healing. Together, you’ll move through a grounding cacao ritual, guided reflection, and intentional practices inspired by the themes of the full moon: illumination, gratitude, completion, and release. The gathering closes with a grounding 432 Hz crystal sound bath, inviting you out of reflection and into deep rest as you settle into the space and allow the experience to integrate. Rather than focusing on what comes next, this gathering creates space to be with what is here now. To acknowledge what you’ve moved through, honor what has taken root, and gently loosen your grip on what feels complete. Expect ceremonial cacao, journaling and reflection, guided meditation, intentional ritual, and an immersive crystal sound bath. No previous experience with cacao, meditation, sound baths, or lunar practices is needed. Come exactly as you are.
