PikeRide Rides That Matter discussion - Please RSVP

About this event

Dear 2026 Best Friends (hahaha),

Every year, Rides that Matter brings together the people who make PikeRide possible. This year's event is on Thursday, November 5, at 6 pm, at Carter Payne, and I'd love to see you there. If you can't make it, there are still easy ways to be part of it.

This year, our ebikes carried our neighbors over 53,000 miles, helping people reach work, school, and appointments without needing a car, and helping first-time riders gain confidence in our Learn-to-Ride clinics. As a local nonprofit, we can only do this work because our community supports it.

Here's how you can help:

• Join us in person: RSVP at https://www.pikeride.org/store/rides-that-matter-2026 by October 31

• Bid from anywhere: our online silent auction opens October 22 at https://pikeride.betterworld.org/auctions/2026-rides-that-matter , with items like Fine Arts Center theater tickets and Old Stage Horseback Riding experiences.

• Make a year-end gift starting November 1 to take advantage of matches at https://pikeride.betterworld.org/auctions/2026-rides-that-matter and gifts are tax-deductible.

Thank you for considering it. Your support keeps PikeRide local, affordable, and rolling into 2027.

With gratitude,

Tara
