Springs Vegan Restaurant Week is back November 1, 2026!
Every year, starting on World Vegan Day, restaurants and food businesses from all over the Springs area showcase the diverse and creative vegan cuisine found right here in our community.
With over 20 participating businesses, serving up everything from pizza, burgers, pasta, tacos, ice cream, and fine dining, Springs Vegan Week aims to show our local restaurants the desire for more vegan options by directly connecting them to vegans, vegetarians, and the plant-based curious.
Participating restaurants this year are in Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs and Monument!
