Entertaining around the holidays can be stressful, but once the food and snacks hit the table, everyone couldn’t care less if the garland around the tree is crooked or if Uncle Berny is wearing that same ugly sweater. In this class, we will handle puff pastry, balance flavors, and bake our beauties to flaky, golden perfection. Each delicious pastry amalgamation is stacked or cut into the shape of Christmas trees, holly wreaths, or presents.

If you noticed the menu, then you will realize that Chef Nate’s dad jokes won’t be the only cheesy things you’ll experience in class. Not for the non-cheese lover, so pop that extra Lactaid and come on down to the French Kitchen for a holiday experience to remember.
