Nothing is more simple, yet thoughtful than giving a beautiful tin of handmade cookies as a holiday gift. But how do you know what to put in there? What is a good selection that people will like? Chef Nate will take you through an array of simple, delicious holiday cookies that will mix & match in a festive holiday tin or platter or even a wedding Cookie Bar… yes, it’s a thing! Students will make and bake their own holiday-inspired cookies. At the end of class, students will share their cookies with the class and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa as we taste-test our creations. Each student will leave with an assortment of cookies to enjoy or give away as a gift.
