I’m excited to bring The Blue Beryl Winery to December’s Monthly Pour at Latigo Winery! 🍷
I love discovering the stories behind Colorado wine, and Blue Beryl has a beautiful story rooted in family, art, and a love for the land.
Nestled at the base of Mt. Garfield in Palisade, this boutique estate winery is run by an ambitious mother-daughter duo. Winemaker Courtney grew up in the home where the vineyard now resides, helping her mom care for the vines since 2011. With a background in fine arts, Courtney brings her creativity to every part of the winemaking process, even designing the labels herself!
Blue Beryl’s estate-grown wines celebrate the character of Palisade, blending traditional dry winemaking with a distinctly local touch. I can’t wait to share their wines and the story behind this special family-run winery with you!
