Classic Kouign Amann

The classic kouign amann was no doubt an inspiration for our Queenets. The full-sized dessert hailing from the Brittany region of France, famous for its butter, is the luxurious fusion of high-quality European style butter, sugar, flour and a whole lot of love.

Each student will fold and roll their own personal kouign amann and bake it off to glorious buttery, crispy perfection. The only trick will be deciding who to share this bundle of joy with…err I’m always available. In addition we will be looking at versions of the kouign amann, what else you can do with it and some scrumptious fillings to enhance it.

No previous laminating experience required, Chef Nate will make it very approachable, just bring yourself!
