About this event
Why are traditional tracking and engagement efforts less than effective?
Law Enforcement personnel tend to be:
• Reactive
• Myopic
• Lacking a strategic plan
• Overly reliant on technology or other tracking aids
Change your mindset and proactively pursue your person of interest (POI).
The M2 course will help take both beginners who may never have identified or tracked an individual and educate them in an efficient and effective manner as well as enhance the efforts of seasoned veterans. This evolution will be driven by a concise introduction to the Manhunting Methodology (M2). Born out of the pursuit of national high value targets, M2 now provides a useful and familiar way to identify, understand, locate, and engage a variety of POIs across the law enforcement spectrum. These individuals can range from witnesses to subjects to targets of investigations. By implementing M2, the practitioner will understand each POI on an individual level and in turn be able to develop tailored strategies for tracking and engaging them.
Participants will explore:
• Historical challenges of pursuit
