Learn a thoughtful facial self-massage ritual designed to soften everyday tension, encourage natural movement through the face and help you care for your features with your own hands. The Face Ritual is an intimate, guided beauty experience with techniques you can continue practicing at home. What if your beauty ritual helped you understand your face, rather than simply adding another product to it? In this 75-minute workshop, massage therapist Olivia will guide you through self-massage techniques for the face, jaw, scalp, neck and décolletage, with special attention to areas where we commonly hold tension. You'll learn how pressure, direction and intentional movement can be incorporated into a simple at-home ritual. Whether you're curious about non-invasive beauty practices, hesitant about Botox or filler, or simply want a more hands-on relationship with your changing face, this workshop offers a slower approach to beauty rooted in touch, awareness and consistency. You'll leave with a guided routine to practice at home, plus a take-home ritual guide and sample of facial oil. You’ll learn: • How facial muscles influence expression, tension and appearance • The difference between gentle lymphatic-style touch and muscular massage • Techniques for releasing habitual tension through the jaw, brow and temples • Facial movements that encourage muscular awareness and control • A complete 20–30 minute Facial Ritual • A condensed ritual for days when you have less time No facial-massage tools or previous experience are required.
