Professionals On Site:
Crystal Givens, Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, Ebb and Flow COS
Crystal is an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist and the founder of Ebb and Flow COS. Raised in northern Illinois, she learned early to hold everything in and keep going, and carried losses she did not recognize as grief until she discovered the Grief Recovery Method®. That experience led her to become certified in 2007, and she has since helped others work through what feels emotionally unfinished using a practical, step-by-step process. A mom of two adult children, Crystal offers a safe space, compassionate guidance, and tools that actually help. In this workshop, she explores divorce as a grief experience: why it hits in ways people do not expect, the myths that make it harder, and why so many people stay stuck long after the legal process ends.
Morgan Hildebrand, MPC, DCC, Holistique
Morgan is a Certified Master Professional Coach, Divorce Certified Coach, Veteran, and mom with more than 19 years of experience helping people move through hard seasons and come out stronger. She is the founder of Holistique, where she offers one-on-one conflict management coaching in accountability, co-parenting and family dynamics, and divorce and separation. Blending behavioral science, resilience training, and relationship dynamics, Morgan helps clients build healthier communication, make confident and informed decisions, and rebuild their footing for the next chapter. In this workshop, she focuses on the practical side of the divorce process, helping attendees use strategic self-advocacy for decision-making, communication, and identity stabilization.
Susan Harris, LLP, ACP, Aquarian Legal
Susan is a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional and the founder of Aquarian Legal, where she provides affordable family law support for people navigating divorce, child custody, name changes, and related matters. Her practice is built for the many people who fall between qualifying for low-income legal assistance and being able to afford a traditional attorney, and it is grounded in integrity, transparency, and genuine access to justice. In this workshop, Susan walks attendees through what the legal process actually looks like, which decisions come when, and how to know when to bring in an attorney, so people can approach each step with clarity instead of confusion.
Brianna Beski, CDFA®, FA, Raymond James
Brianna is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® and Financial Advisor with Raymond James who helps individuals facing divorce make informed financial decisions with confidence. Drawing on her expertise in divorce planning and wealth management, she provides strategic guidance to help clients protect their assets, preserve their future goals, and move forward with clarity and control. In this workshop, Brianna shares what changes financially during divorce, what is actually negotiable, and how to avoid common financial mistakes made in emotionally charged moments.
Brenda Layton, SVP, CrossCountry Mortgage
Brenda is a mortgage loan officer in the Tri-Lakes region who helps people make sense of the numbers behind a housing decision. She works to understand each client’s short- and long-term goals so the financing plan fits their real life. Brenda grew up in a military household and takes special pride in serving service members, Veterans, and families in transition. For anyone going through a divorce, she can talk through what it takes to buy, refinance, or stay in a home on a new financial footing, so the next housing decision is made with clarity instead of pressure.
Michelle Bies, Realtor, The Bies Group
Michelle is a Colorado Springs real estate professional with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | Kenney & Company, known for combining strong advocacy with heartfelt care.
