The most advanced level of Pilates Reformer, Advanced Pilates Reformer takes Pilates to a challenging new level. Building upon the fundamental knowledge and strength developed in Beginner and Intermediate classes, Advanced Pilates will add more balance, strength and fluidity to your practice. This class integrates advanced work on the Pilates Reformer encouraging balance and endurance. *Minimum (20) Pilates Sessions required prior to enrolling in this class.
