Enter The Fear Complex, Colorado Springs’ ultimate haunted house experience. One ticket takes you through four terrifying attractions in one relentless journey: The Sanitarium, Haunted Mines, Sinister Manor, and 3-D Carnival. From abandoned tunnels and deranged patients to swamp creatures and neon nightmares, every zone delivers a different kind of fear.

New for 2026, arrive early and enjoy The Fear Complex Midway while you wait. After purchasing or presenting your tickets, check in on-site to join the Virtual Queue. Play games, grab a snack, shop, or wait in your vehicle until you receive a text that it’s time to enter.

General admission includes all four haunted attractions. Tickets start at $26, with VIP options available on select nights. Advance purchase is recommended.

The Fear Complex is recommended for ages 13 and older. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The attraction includes darkness, theatrical fog, loud and sudden sounds, flashing or strobe lights, enclosed spaces, and intense scare effects.
