This webinar is intended to provide a brief introduction to the structure of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Agency Supplements and typical solicitation and contract clauses and provisions issued by the federal government. It focuses on understanding the interrelationships of regulation guidance and contract performance. The presenter will demonstrate how to search the FAR and how to cross-reference clauses and provisions with their prescription. Participates are invited to ask questions and share experiences related to solicitation and contract clauses and provisions they have encountered.
